The Rec-Plex offers a wide range of activities that all party-goers are sure to enjoy! Whether you are ice skating, swimming and diving, or playing basketball in the gym, we want to celebrate with you!
WHAT’S INCLUDED? • 90-minute room rental • 4 round tables & 1 rectangular table • Seating for up to 24 people • Quartz countertop with cabinet storage • Smart TV with flashdrive/pairing capability
FEES • Rec-Plex Members: $45 room rental + $45 refundable damage deposit (rental and deposit price will increase to $60 each as of October 1, 2025) • General Public: $75 room rental + $75 refundable damage deposit (rental and deposit price will increase to $90 each as of October 1, 2025) • All: $5/person admission + $2/pair ice skate rental (admission price will increase to $6/person as of October 1, 2025)
Room rental and damage deposit due upon booking. Admission and skate rental fees must be paid at the Rec-Plex Front Desk the day of the party. Only those that are participating in activities need to pay admission. Damage deposit may be refunded the week after the event if no damage is sustained or policies are broken. Renters may bring in food, beverages (no alcohol), and decorations (no confetti or glitter).
INFORMATION • PCs, Nintendo Switch, XBOX, & PlayStation 5 available • Controller rental is FREE for Rec-Plex Members or $3.50 for General Public users • The Gaming Lounge may be reserved for $40 per hour (two hour minimum), including controller rental Gaming Lounge
