La Cité de Clarence-Creek a débuté l’application rigoureuse du Règlement 2000-43, tel que modifié. Les usagers du système d’aqueduc de la Cité ne pourront utiliser l’eau potable, et ce à toutes heures, du 1er mai au 30 septembre , pour fin d’arrosage mécanique de pelouses, jardins, fleurs, haies ou toutes autres végétations extérieures, à l’exception des endroits suivants: a) les propriétés portant une numérotation civique impaire durant les journées suivantes: les mardis, jeudis et samedis entre 19 h et 22 h. b) les propriétés portant une numérotation civique paire durant les journées suivantes: les lundis, mercredis et vendredis entre 19 h et 22 h. Cette restriction s’applique aussi aux usagers du nouveau système d’aqueduc de Bourget, Clarence Creek, Hammond, Cheney et St-Pascal. Toute personne qui ne se soumettra pas aux exigences de l’arrêté municipal 2000-43 sera passible d’une amende de 150 $. The City of Clarence-Rockland began strict enforcement of By-Law 2000-43, as amended. The users of the City’s water works system are not permitted to use potable water at any time between May 1st and September 30th, for the purpose of mechanically watering lawns, gardens, flowers, hedges or any other vegetation outside a building, except as follows: a) on any property bearing odd civic address numbers, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. b) on any property bearing even civic address numbers , on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. These restrictions also apply to the new water works system for the Bourget, Clarence Creek, Hammond, Cheney and St Pascal Baylon. Any person who fails to comply with the remaining requirements of By-Law 2000-43 will be liable to a penalty of $150 .
