Girls learn bicycle safety, road rules, signaling, and handling through hands-on demos and an on-bike course. BikeWalk KC teaches beginners or provides extra practice as needed. Bikes and helmets available to borrow. Duration: 1.5-2 hours. Personal bikes/helmets must be in safe working order or troops will use ours. Helmets required. Don’t be left stranded! Girls will learn through hands-on practice, how to maintain their bike including how to remove a wheel, fix a flat and keep their ride looking fresh and clean.

Speak to Lead: Girl Scout Public Speaking Workshop
Get ready to learn how to speak up with confidence, make your voice heard, and improve your public speaking – all while playing fun games and having an amazing time! Cadette Public Speaking Badge included for an additional $3.50.
Junior Cadette Senior Ambassador

This is a three-hour workshop, but length can be modified as needed. Workshop is $20/girl. Cadettes can add on the Public Speaking badge for an additional $3.50 if requested in advance. Adults are welcome as well, will need to pay. Email susan@drsusanharrison.com with your name and phone number, date of interest, number and troop level of girls along with any other details.
