Barclay Communications has secured a £3m contract to supply one of the world’s top universities with sharper, more agile and reliable mobile solution for its 31 constituent colleges and 150 departments. The Belfast firm’s deal with University of Cambridge marks one of its biggest and most prestigious contract in its 24-year history and will see it deliver over 5,000 mobile connections that will be accessed by all Colleges and departments. The £3m contract will cover every College across all the main departments — from management teams, to operations, contracts, procurement, PR and more. Ballyclare homebuilder, Hagan Homes, started 2021 on a high as it celebrated winning a prestigious Federation of Small Businesses’ (FSB) Award for its services to the community. The business came out top in FSB’s Community category thanks to its multitude of charitable initiatives. This includes the company’s pledge to donate £30,000 to more than six worthy NI causes to mark its 30th anniversary in 2019. It went on to multiply that figure to more than £600,000, which was allocated to a number of charity organisations province wide, helping support all members and generations in our community.
