The principal stages of the internship will cover human resource management, production, marketing, finance and project management in a cooperative environment. Your university degree in Agronomy, Agro Economics, Administration, or a related discipline, is enhanced by successful experience in a position of responsibility related to administrative management and human resources, preferably gained in an agricultural setting. Adept at managing a diverse range of tasks, you demonstrate excellent planning, organization and problem solving abilities and a desire to learn and grow professionally. Successful candidates will be fluently bilingual in French and English and possess strong interpersonal, negotiation and decision-making skills.
