Experience/ Knowledge

Considerable experience in retail management

Experience working in a similar role within the high street or University sector Experience in managing/training/coaching a large catering and hospitality team

Experience of opening new retail outlets

Experience of financial delivery for a retail operation Passionate people person, skilled in motivating colleagues

Ability to build positive, productive working relationships across all levels

Skills/Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good conflict resolution and complaints management skills

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to self-motivate and work both independently and as a team player

Flexible, solution orientated approach

Able to work flexible hours
