George Jacobs , President — Jacobs Enterprises BIO: President of Jacobs Enterprises, has over 25 years experience in real estate development, asset management, consulting, and brokerage. He was a development and leasing/financing executive with Hartz Mountain and the Kaplan Organization before starting JEI in 1990. He was directly involved in the development of over 10 million square feet of projects at these two companies. Sanford Herrick , Managing Principal — Case Real Estate Capital BIO: Herrick, Managing Principal, has invested in more than $5 billion of commercial properties during the course of his thirty-year career. Prior to forming Case, he served as a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Hudson Realty Capital LLC, where he was responsible for raising capital and maintaining investor and limited partner relationships. HaroldNafash , Senior Director Of Acquisitions, Northeast. — Federal Realty Investment Trust BIO: Nafash has over 35 years of retail real estate acquisition, development and leasing experience in the Northeast region to Federal Realty. For 13 years he served as Director of Real Estate for Lowes Corporation in the Northeast, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and the execution of acquisitions, development and opening of over 230 Lowes stores throughout the Northeast. H. Gabriel , Executive Vice President, Capital Markets — Cushman & Wakefield NJ BIO: Gabriel serves as executive vice president of the Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group in C&W’s East Rutherford, New Jersey office. As one of three partners on a 13-member team, Gabriel is responsible for managing, underwriting and marketing investment properties for sale in the suburban markets surrounding New York City. Marta Person Villa , Vice President — CBRE BIO: Villa joined CBRE’s Saddle Brook office in 2011 as Vice President within the firm’s Tri-State Retail Services Group. She possesses over 20 years of experience in urban redevelopment, merchandising streets and leasing. Since joining CBRE, Villa BIO: Burrow specializes in industrial projects ranging from warehouse/distribution centers to mission critical facilities, and commercial projects such as corporate headquarters and ecommerce fulfillment centers in the New York Metro area. A prominent member of NAIOP, he has provided expert engineering testimony for over 15 million SF of warehouse distribution development. Peter Crovo, Senior Vice President — Prologis BIO: Crovo is Senior Vice President, Market Officer and is responsible for all operations, asset management, leasing and acquisitions for the New Jersey/ New York market. Previously, he was Market Officer for the Prologis South Florida market for three years. Michael Lombardi, Vice President Investments — Marcus & Millichap BIO: Mike Lombardi specializes in the sale of shopping centers and single tenant net leased properties on a local, regional and national basis. Mike has represented and closed transactions for all types of clients including private investors, developers and REITs. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2005 as an intern, Mike has earned a Rookie of the Year Award, Pacesetter Award, Sales Recognition Awards and National Achievement Awards during his tenure with the firm. Israel Schubert, Senior Managing Director —Meridian Capital Schubert joined Meridian in 1996 and is a Senior Managing Director in charge of managing Meridian’s Iselin, NJ office. He pre- viously managed the company’s office in Englewood Cliffs. Under Mr. Schubert’s direction, Meridian’s New Jersey office focuses primarily on serving borrowers in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland markets. Jose Cruz, Senior Managing Director — HFF Cruz is a Senior Managing Director in the New Jersey office of HFF with over 21 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in investment sales in New Jersey, New York State and Connecticut. Over the course of his career, Cruz has been involved in over $18.4 billion of office, industrial, retail, multi-housing and land sales. Mr. Cruz joined the firm in March 2010.
