2015 NJAA Garden State Awards of Excellence Thursday, October 29th - Hilton Hotel, East Brunswick
Each year, the New Jersey Apartment Association’s (NJAA) Garden State Awards (GSA) celebration recognizes the accomplishments and successes of our members and the professionalism of our member companies. In its 22nd year, the NJAA Garden State Awards celebration gathers nearly 700 of the best and brightest in the industry. Nominations are open to all NJAA members, member properties and associate members. Awards showcase industry excellence inmore than 50 categories includ- ing company and individual achievement in management, aesthetics and green building, new construction and retrofits, as well as accomplishments in various associate categories. Nominate your company, employees, and peers today! You can nominate more than one person from each property and more than one person in each category. All nominationsmust be receivedwith the requiredmateri- als byWednesday, July 1st for consideration (photocopies of the form are accepted).
MAD MEN - “A Mid-Century Modern Dinner Party”
Once all nominations are received, they will be screened based on the information provided and finalists will be named in each category. A panel of judges will conduct interviews between Monday, July 13 and Monday, August 24, 2015, and site inspections will be conducted on all finalists (where applicable). Based on the final tallies, the Winners of Excellence will be selected and announced at the event. NEW this year, we have expanded our Associate Awards. Not only can owner members now nominate associate members, but we have ex- panded the associate categories. New categories include: Best Associate Staff Member & Most Charitable. Additionally, Associate nominations are FREE! Winners of Excellence will be announced and celebrated during our “Mad Men” - A Mid-Century Modern Dinner Party themed Awards Din- ner, on Thursday, October 29th at the Hilton East Brunswick!
