This year at Reunion, we handed out 29 percent more money in rebate checks than last year. And to take it up another notch, those rebates don’t even account for the savings you got upfront from PTN vendors! That is incredible! But what made this rebate growth possible? For starters, we expanded the PTN team! We’re running more Rebate Double Checks than ever, making sure you’re maximizing your rebates and savings in the program. We’re also focused on bringing you MORE in every way possible — increased rebates, rebate stacking incentives, and an expanded vendor network. These changes have led to higher participation and more rebates across all brands! But we’ve only been able to be successful because of your help! For instance, we heard your countless requests for vehicle “Mike Cooper led a team of three from Mr. Rooter [who] did an unbelievable task in my attic. They replaced a Rheem 50-gallon hot water tank in a very (very) limited space. They performed efficiently, safely and professionally. The only access to that tank is through the drop-down ladder. The tank’s OD is just about the ID of the drop down opening, and there is not enough vertical space under the roof above the drop down. The tank is about 12 years old and started sipping to the bottom tray. The tank was installed by the builder 12 years ago, when the house was build (by M. Beard). The original installation wasn’t neat, wasn’t in order and wasn’t organized among plumber, electrician and HVAC guy. Simply just to get by. No consideration was given for the necessity and accessibility for future replacement. When I discovered the leak, I

just could not image how it could be removed. I lost my sleep. I had Mike come in to assess the situation. He evaluated, and provided a reasonable quote including extra man power. He expressed confidence that he can do it. After talking to Wes (Mike’s boss), I made up my mind to have Mr. Rooter Plumbing do it. Mike and his team showed off their ingenuity and experience by arranging a pulley through the drop down. Amazingly, they removed the old tank in one-and-a-half-hours, and set up the new one in the next hour. Not any damage to any of the tubing, pipes, wires around, no holes to the ceiling! I just have to give his team a high high FIVE! For any tough task as this, I strongly and only recommend Mr. Rooter !” – Joe Chao
