PRONE ON E L BOWS Lie on your stomach, hands beside your shoulders. Push with your arms up on to your elbows. Hold for 10 counts then return to start position. Repeat 8 times.

LOCUST STR E TCH Lie on the ground face down in a relaxed position. Tighten your core, lifting your head, chest, and feet off the floor with only your torso touching the ground. Raise your arms outward as shown and hold for 2-3 seconds. Repeat 3-6 times.
