What I did: Create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our guests, develop an understanding of how Buckle’s retail business works, answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise, recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires, follow all Loss Prevention guidelines, including daily bag and purse checks, provide weekly reports and progress updates to the area manager and district manager. What I liked: Being able to work together with teammates every day and watching them succeed. Future Dream Job: Having my own business.
