What I did: Learned more about payroll, scheduling for a business, handling unexpected obstacles, creating official onboarding binder, inventory, management of a team, leadership skill building, event planning and execution, community outreach, collaboration with other places of work in community, running business on with very little help. What I liked: I liked how much it pushed me out of my comfort zone. Yes, things were hard at times and it was extremely stressful but I enjoyed learning more about what I’m getting myself into and how I can improve for the future. Future Dream Job: Owning my own business (health and wellness related).
