What I did: Managed inbound and outbound calls assisting guests with booking golf trips and lodging. Customized itineraries based on guest preferences, group size and availability. Followed up with guests regarding confirmations, changes and pre-arrival details. Collaborated with golf operations, lodging and transportation teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. What I liked: I enjoyed being the first point of contact for guests at Sand Valley Golf Resort and helping turn their plans into a complete trip. I also liked the fast-paced environment and working with different teams to make sure each guest had a smooth experience. Future Dream Job: My goal is to build a career in the golf industry, eventually working in resort or golf operations where I can help manage guest experiences and overall course operations.
