What I did: Ran daily transactions, corrected and verified account paperwork, ordered money for and maintained the credit union vault, took part in a Share Certificate special analysis project, created a CD rate calculation form, created a spreadsheet for all money ordering needs, created share certificates and savings accounts, closed and balanced the branch at the end of the day. What I liked: I liked the team that I worked with and the amount of information that I learned. I really enjoyed the team aspect of my work. Coming together with other departments to do the best we could for each member’s specific needs. I also liked the amount of finance related work I was able to do. I learned a lot for myself when it comes to my personal banking as well as learned how to help others depending on their specific goals. Future Dream Job: Financial analyst.
