Cancellation Policy We do our best to make every experience happen as planned—but occasionally, changes are needed due to things like low registration or severe weather. If an event needs to be canceled or rescheduled, we’ll notify all registered participants directly.
Some of our most unique experiences are made possible by our amazing community partners—from local organizations to expert facilitators who bring new skills and perspectives to Girl Scouts. These experiences connect girls with real-world experts— helping them see what’s possible. For these events, a registered and approved adult (troop leader or caregiver) must attend and is responsible for supervision and safety. Community Partner staff support the experience, but do not count toward required ratios. Thank you to our partners for helping create meaningful, real-world experiences for Girl Scouts!
