Well done to Ryan Rocks who competed in the Irish Fitness Championship in Waterford at the start of July. Ryan finished in 7th place overall in a field of 30. Punching himself in the face during a clean complex with 136kg but holding on to secure 3rd in that workout and then in the final falling off from 15ft on rope climbs around 6 times as he couldn’t hold on anymore.
CONGRATULATIONS Huge congratulations to Emma and Sam on their engagement.
