Vincent enjoys cooking Italian food. One of his favourite recipes is Prawn Linguine.
Prawn Linguine
Ingredients King Prawns Extra Virgin Olive Oil Burst Cherry Tomatoes Olives Dill Parsley Lemon Zest Onions Butter White Wine Garnish : Parmesan Cheese, Dill, Chilli Flakes Method Pasta : Cook in boiling water with salt and oil for 18 minutes. Then strain and set aside. Sauce : Sautee the onions in olive oil Burst the tomatoes in another pan with butter and then add the olives. Combine the onions with the tomatoes/olives. Add the Dill, Parsley, and Lemon Zest. Add the white wine and simmer to reduce the fluid. Cook the prawns in olive oil in a pan for about 8 minutes. Add the prawns to the onion, tomatoes and olives. Toss the prawn mixture through the linguine. Serve into bowls and garnish with Parmesan Cheese, Dill & Chilli Flakes. Brush with egg, place on a tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
