UWC THAILAND

A Vision Comes to Life

The Heart of Our Beginning In 2002, Klaus Hebben—a German businessman and philanthropist—planted the seeds of a bold idea: to create a school that would educate the whole child. He imagined a place where academic excellence lived alongside emotional intelligence, physical vitality, and spiritual awareness. A school where mindfulness was as important as mathematics, and where young people would grow not just in knowledge, but in character, compassion, and confidence. This vision came to life on the grounds of a former rubber plantation. Thanyapura rose from the earth as a pioneering campus, complete with a world-class sports centre, a mind centre, and a school designed to support deep, intentional learning. Klaus’s dream was not simply to educate, but to transform—to raise future changemakers who would lead with heart and serve with purpose. Living the Mission Even before joining the UWC movement, the school embodied many of its ideals. Klaus’s values were deeply aligned with the UWC mission: “To make education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future.” The school ’ s motto — Good Heart, Balanced Mind, Healthy Body — was more than a phrase . It shaped daily life , embedding wellbeing and ethics into every lesson and interaction . Social and emotional learning , sustainability , and service were integrated as foundational pillars — not as extras , but as essentials . That founding ethos remains at the core of UWC Thailand. Today, we continue to honour Klaus’s vision: an education that doesn’t just prepare students for university, but prepares them to navigate complexity, to build bridges, and to be of service to the world. “ You have the power to do something good in your life and for the lives of others … We need people like that. The world needs people like that. ” KLAUS HEBBEN, FOUNDER

How a Bold Dream Became a Movement in Motion

“ Being in the founding cohort taught me what it means to co – create a school culture. We had no ‘ this is how we ’ ve always done it, ’ and that taught me to lead with intention. ” Joining the UWC movement in 2016 marked a turning point, reinforcing our mission to cultivate socially responsible changemakers. Since then, UWC Thailand has continued to integrate service learning, environmental stewardship, and social justice into its curriculum. Our transformation from PIA to UWC Thailand is a story of vision, resilience, and community-driven progress. From its modest beginnings, the school expanded in both scope and ambition. The introduction of boarding facilities in 2014 was a pivotal moment, drawing students from across the world and fostering an environment of cross-cultural exchange. This diversity brought new energy to the campus, strengthening our commitment to global education.

Why UWC Is More Than a School — It ’ s a Mission

UWC is more than just an educational framework; it is a global movement dedicated to empowering young leaders who strive to make a difference. Founded in 1962, the movement brings together students from diverse backgrounds to live and learn in a way that promotes understanding, compassion, and action. At UWC Thailand, this mission is woven into the fabric of daily life. With over 80 nationalities represented and 50 mother tongues spoken, our school is a vibrant tapestry of cultures, perspectives, and experiences. We believe that diversity is our strength and that true learning happens when students engage meaningfully with perspectives different from their own.

Through innovative, student-led projects, our community tackles global challenges—from climate change to social inequities—fostering a spirit of collaboration and action.

Project Independence and the Power of Collective Purpose

In 2019, UWC Thailand stood on uncertain ground. The school’s future—rooted in its mission to make education a force for peace and a sustainable future—was under threat. Financial instability loomed, and the possibility of closure was real. But rather than turn away, our community stepped forward. Parents, staff, alumni, and friends made a choice: they would not let this mission fade. They would not let the values that brought us together—compassion, courage, intercultural understanding—become a memory. And so, Project Independence was born. More than a financial plan, Project Independence was a declaration of belief. Families offered personal loans. Alumni lent their voices in support. Conversations turned into commitments. One by one, community members stepped in—not because they had to, but because they believed UWC Thailand must exist.

They believed in our students. They believed in the future. They believed that this school mattered.

07

STEADY AT THE HELM

UWC THAILAND

Through this extraordinary wave of giving, UWC Thailand secured the financial backing needed to chart a new path—one of independence, integrity, and sustainability. The repayment journey became a shared commitment. Every budget reviewed, every cost reconsidered, every fundraising event held—each action was rooted in accountability to those who made this bold step possible. Project Independence became more than a loan; it became a daily reminder of what can happen when people come together with purpose. In November 2024, during our Loy Krathong celebration, the school marked a symbolic moment: handing over a cheque representing half of the loan repayment to Banyapura. The atmosphere that night was one of joy, relief, and pride. It wasn’t just a financial milestone—it was proof that collective will had triumphed over uncertainty. Then, on 15 May 2025, the final loan repayment was made. No refinancing. No outside bailouts. Just commitment, perseverance, and belief. This moment marked more than the end of a loan—it marked the beginning of a new chapter. A chapter grounded in stability, but more importantly, in values. UWC Thailand had not only survived—it had been carried forward by the very people it exists to serve. Project Independence is a testament to the spirit of UWC Thailand. A spirit of resilience. Of generosity. Of people who, when faced with a storm, created their own current—and kept the mission alive. Today, we stand on that foundation. And as we look ahead to new plans, new students, and new possibilities, we do so with deep gratitude for the community that chose to rise.

Guiding with Heart The Boards and Leaders Shaping Our Tomorrow

UWC schools and colleges are anchored by a global mission and buoyed by individuals who believe deeply in education as a force for peace and sustainability. At UWC Thailand, this belief is lived out through our three-board governance structure—comprised entirely of volunteers—who give generously of their time, talent, and treasure. From the start, our school has been shaped by the vision and philanthropy of our founder, Klaus Hebben. His humble generosity and deep commitment to holistic education laid the foundation for what UWC Thailand would become. His spirit of giving continues through the Klaus Hebben Scholarship Programme and his active role on the Education for a Sustainable Future (ESF) board. That same spirit guides all of our board members. Whether offering strategic counsel, sharing professional expertise, or standing by the school during pivotal moments, each governor brings not only skill but heart. Their work is voluntary, their motivation grounded in service, and their impact far-reaching. Philanthropy at UWC Thailand has never been limited to financial giving alone—it’s about showing up, stepping in, and shaping the future. We are grateful to our governors for offering all three: their time, their talent, and their treasure. Their leadership helps steer the school with clarity and compassion, ensuring we remain steady at the helm in all seasons.

To each of our board members, thank you. Your belief in our mission—and your unwavering commitment to it—continues to move us forward.

Sustaining the Mission, Securing the Future Education for a Sustainable Future Foundation

The Education for a Sustainable Future (ESF) Foundation is the steward of UWC Thailand’s long-term vision and sustainability. As its President, I hold a deep belief in the transformative power of education. Education is more than the pursuit of knowledge—it is about developing compassionate, critical thinkers who lead with integrity, innovate with courage, and contribute meaningfully to the world. In my role, alongside my fellow board members, I provide high-level oversight to ensure that UWC Thailand remains true to its mission, as guided by the UWC Thailand School Board. We work closely with Banyapura Limited (BL), the school’s license holder, to maintain a strong foundation for the school’s continued success. I meet regularly with the School Board Chair and the Head of School to exchange ideas, offer strategic support, and engage with key stakeholders and government agencies in Phuket and Bangkok. To me, UWC Thailand is more than just a school; it is a home where diverse perspectives come together, young minds are nurtured with care, and every student is encouraged to dream boldly. Our vision is clear: Ensure financial sustainability so UWC Thailand thrives for generations to come. Foster an inclusive, welcoming community that embodies the UWC values. Strengthen our position as one of the leading schools in Phuket and Thailand. Empower every student to step into the world as a confident changemaker.

SIRIVIBHA DUSIYAMEE-BERGER, ESF BOARD PRESIDENT

Above all, my goal is to ensure that every student who walks through our doors feels inspired, supported, and ready to build a brighter, more just, and more sustainable future.

A Committed Partner in UWC Thailand ’ s Journey Banyapura Limited

As a key supporting pillar of our school and community, Banyapura Limited (BL) remains deeply committed to upholding and advancing our shared vision and mission.

Looking ahead, we have identified key priorities: Enhancing the school’s infrastructure to provide world-class facilities for our students. Investing in the latest technology and educational resources to position UWC Thailand as a leading institution in Southeast Asia. Focusing on quality over quantity to ensure sustainable long-term growth. As part of our ongoing commitment to the school’s development, a second boarding house has been completed and is now in use as the male boarding facility. This allows the original boarding house to serve exclusively female students, enhancing the overall boarding experience and supporting a more comfortable, balanced residential environment. We understand that the world is evolving rapidly, and education must evolve with it. Our commitment is to continuously refine and adapt our curriculum to meet both current and future challenges. As the saying goes, "What got us here won’t get us there." UWC Thailand must not only maintain its high standards but also innovate, step outside its comfort zone, and push the boundaries of what education can achieve.

BOON YONGSAKUL, BANYAPURA BOARD CHAIR

Finally, we are incredibly proud to be part of this school’s journey and will continue to provide full support to our students, families, and faculty.

A Journey of Purpose: Building a Legacy for the Future

I am thrilled to be joining UWC Thailand as Head of School in July 2025. From my first interaction with the community, I was struck by the school’s deep sense of purpose and values. My commitment is to ensure UWC Thailand continues to thrive as a hub of holistic education, academic excellence, and global citizenship. Excellence in Teaching and Learning To empower students in building a more peaceful and sustainable world, we must provide them with the knowledge and skills to succeed. Academic excellence is key, and we will prioritise enhancing student performance, ensuring access to top universities and careers. Through inquiry-driven learning and expert teaching, we will equip students with critical problem-solving skills and real-world experiences. A thorough review of assessment practices will help maximise each student’s potential. Well-being, Mindfulness, and Inclusion UWC Thailand’s commitment to well-being, mindfulness, and diversity is a defining strength. We will continue embedding mindfulness into our culture, fostering an environment where students and staff feel valued and supported. Strengthening our inclusion framework and optimising the school day will further enhance holistic education. Sustainability and Environmental Leadership UWC Thailand has the potential to lead in sustainability education. Student-led initiatives and recent MYP expeditions have highlighted our students’ deep appreciation for the natural world. We will enhance environmental education, expand sustainability initiatives, and measure our impact to actively reduce our carbon footprint. Community Engagement and UWC Identity Strong relationships and shared values make a thriving school community. I aim to strengthen bonds between students, parents, alumni, and the wider UWC network while expanding partnerships with local organisations. Increasing scholarships and celebrating diversity will ensure our UWC identity remains at the heart of all we do.

Boarding: Life Beyond the Classroom Boarding is an integral part of UWC Thailand, providing students with an immersive learning experience beyond academics. With strong student numbers and financial health, we will invest in sports facilities, expand extracurricular activities, and foster resilience and independence among students. Boarding will be a centre of excellence within our community. Financial Sustainability and Growth Our ambitions must be supported by a strong financial foundation. Growing student numbers while maintaining a diverse mix of nationalities, enhancing facilities, and expanding boarding will be key to our sustainability. The Play Yard will remain a flagship initiative benefiting both students and the wider community. Moving Forward Together These plans are ideas and aspirations at this stage and I do not claim to have all the answers. However, with the incredible talent within our community and our shared commitment to UWC values, we can develop a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes. Together, we will make UWC Thailand a force for a more peaceful and sustainable world.

Rooted in Culture, Driven by Vision

At UWC Thailand, education functions as a profound catalyst for unity and transformation. Anchored in the UWC mission to unite people, nations, and cultures in pursuit of peace and a sustainable future, our educational philosophy nurtures the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. We integrate academic excellence with emotional intelligence, mindfulness, community service, and outdoor learning. Within this diverse and inclusive environment, Thai culture is respectfully honoured, and every student is empowered to become a compassionate leader, a courageous thinker, and an engaged global citizen. As Thai School Director, I ensure that our school operates in full compliance with the Private Schools Act and all Thai regulatory frameworks, including health and safety, military service obligations, and curriculum requirements. These foundations are essential to maintaining stability and long-term credibility, and they also help position UWC Thailand as a trusted international school deeply rooted in its host country. Throughout the year, I have worked in close collaboration with the Education for a Sustainable Future Foundation (ESF) and Banyanpura Limited (BL) to uphold policies that align with both Thai law and UWC values. I also support the integration and delivery of the Thai Curriculum, ensuring it meets academic standards while celebrating cultural identity and relevance. A Strong Foundation – Charting Our Course Forward

From the moment I first learned about UWC Thailand, I was inspired by its clear identity and strong sense of purpose. My wife and I have followed its journey with admiration, and I am honoured to now step into the role of Secondary Principal. I am thrilled to be joining this vibrant community and look forward to working with all students, families, and staff to build on our strengths while ensuring continued academic excellence and innovation. At UWC Thailand, we aim to ensure that our students acquire the necessary skills, knowledge, and understanding while developing the attitudes and values that will empower them to enact the UWC Mission—uniting people, nations, and cultures to build a peaceful and sustainable future. As the world continues to change at an accelerating pace, the education we provide must equip students not just for the present but for challenges and opportunities we can only imagine. Our Path Forward We prepare our students through the five pillars of our educational model: Student- Centred Academics, Sports, Activities & Camps, Community Engagement, Social & Emotional Learning, Mindfulness, and Outdoor Experiential Education. These pillars do not stand alone; they are interconnected, reinforcing and enriching one another. This holistic approach, paired with our commitment to student well-being and academic excellence, makes UWC Thailand a truly unique place for learning. Our focus on student wellbeing is embedded within our Social & Emotional Learning and Mindfulness pillar. This foundation supports students in developing self-awareness, maintaining emotional balance, and building positive relationships. Moving forward, we will continue refining our well-being initiatives to ensure students feel supported both inside and outside the classroom. As an IB continuum school, our secondary students engage in the MYP and DP—rigorous academic programmes designed to foster deep and meaningful learning. The conceptual nature of the curriculum allows students to move beyond isolated facts and disconnected skills, encouraging them to explore contexts and identify meaningful connections.

Learning, Leading, and Moving Forward

Where it all Began A little over six years ago, I paid my first visit to the UWC Thailand campus as a prospective Primary Principal. During the numerous interviews and meetings with stakeholders, a few things became very evident. Firstly, this was a school with amazing people and immense potential. The community wanted a primary school that reflected the vision. The six years since that first visit have been tumultuous and seldom smooth, but one thing has remained constant: the people and climate that make this school the special place that it is. Through COVID, financial re-alignment, and numerous changes in organisational structures, the Primary school has not only weathered the storm—it remains a thriving and engaging place for staff to work, for students to learn, and for parents to support. Evidence of Progress For two of the past three school years, we’ve had no homeroom teachers leave (a first in over 17 years of my career as a principal). Our PYP model has been recognised by the broader IB community through presentations at IB global conferences (2024 and 2025) and by our selection as a pilot school for the new subject being introduced in 2026.

KURTIS PETERSON, PRIMARY PRINCIPAL

27

STEADY AT THE HELM

UWC THAILAND

Moreover, our staff and students continually demonstrate that strong academic results can go hand-in-hand with exciting learning opportunities. Our MAP scores are higher than those of other Thai international schools across language and maths and comparable with high-performing schools in Bangkok. But more than that:

Leadership opportunities for students have grown (from 1 to 5) Weekly outdoor learning has expanded (from 0 to 10 classes) Units with a community engagement focus increased (from 4 to 9) Students contributing to their own reports now exceed 200 (up from 0)

Our Next Chapter As we continue striving to become a world-leading example of PYP integration within a value-driven school, we’ll keep pushing boundaries. We'll keep tracking the number of smiling faces arriving each day, students learning to sail and practising mindfulness, and those picking up litter without being asked. One mangrove pod at a time.

Crossing Boundaries, Building Bridges

A Journey Aligned with Purpose As I reflect on my journey toward the Cross-School Principal role at UWC Thailand, I ' m struck by how often my professional intentions have aligned with the school motto of Good Heart, Balanced Mind, Healthy Body — even if the words used at the time were different . Leading with Clarity and Care My 20-year career in education has provided me with a broad foundation to support UWC Thailand's holistic approach to learning in a diverse student body. From my beginnings teaching physics in the UK to leadership roles across international schools in Europe and Asia, I’ve consistently focused on student success in all its forms. At UWC, we value developing teacher expertise and creating inclusive environments that balance accountability with well-being. I believe students and staff flourish when their whole selves are recognised and supported. This means continuing to emphasise experiential learning, intercultural understanding, and developing compassionate leaders—while providing the conditions in which staff can give their very best to students.

A Cross-School Perspective I’m fortunate to have spent a year working within the organisation, learning systems and developing relationships across all sections of the school. The buddies programme has built some lovely bonds between the oldest and youngest students, and as UWC Thailand continues to grow, we will explore more ways to build connections between primary and secondary. Our DP student leaders, in particular, are wonderful advocates for younger students and enjoy opportunities to connect with those who share a language or interest, be it cultural or athletic. In my new role, I’ll work closely with teams supporting both primary and secondary schools, including community engagement, learning support, sports, and the library. I’m also looking forward to collaborating with leaders from other UWC schools on shared goals. Looking Ahead I’m committed to keeping students at the centre of everything we do. The arrival of our new Head of School presents an exciting opportunity to implement strategic initiatives that enhance our programmes while preserving the unique character that makes UWC Thailand exceptional. I look forward to being part of this next chapter, continuing our journey of making education a force for peace and a sustainable future.

As Director of Boarding at UWC Thailand, I envision a residential community that truly lives the UWC mission—uniting cultures through education to build peace and a sustainable future. Boarding at UWC Thailand is more than accommodation; it’s a shared home where students from diverse backgrounds live with purpose, grow together, and develop into grounded, compassionate leaders. These young changemakers will be equipped not only with the skills to create meaningful impact but also with the capacity to work across cultures, build trust, and lead with integrity. Our aim is to nurture students who are authentic, self-aware, and capable of building strong relationships, essential for driving sustainable change in communities and organisations. A Balanced, Supportive Community Students in our boarding community will be guided to thrive in a shared environment. We focus on both interpersonal skills—such as collaboration, conflict resolution, and communication, and intrapersonal growth, including emotional regulation, reflection, and resilience. This holistic development ensures our students are prepared to navigate both their inner worlds and complex social dynamics. Well-being sits at the heart of our approach. We strive to create spaces where students feel safe to explore their identities while learning to appreciate others. Through everyday life in boarding, they develop deep intercultural understanding, moving beyond tolerance to genuine appreciation of diversity. “ Boarding at UWC Thailand gave me more than just a home — it gave me a global family. We didn ’ t just live together, we learned how to live with purpose. ” JILL, CLASS OF 2021 (USA)

A Joyful, Inclusive Environment Boarding life at UWC Thailand will be vibrant and inclusive. We celebrate cultural traditions and personal milestones from around the world, offering students the chance to share their heritage and learn from one another. Student-led activities, leadership opportunities, and weekend excursions into Thailand’s natural and cultural landscape offer some of the most memorable and powerful learning experiences of their UWC journey. Our residential curriculum is intentionally designed to foster both independence and interdependence. Students learn life skills, take on responsibilities, and contribute meaningfully to the boarding community. We balance necessary oversight with space for autonomy—creating an environment where students can take ownership, make mistakes, and grow with the support of caring adults. Mindfulness, Sustainability, and Balance Sustainability is woven into the fabric of daily life. From mindful consumption to waste reduction, students are encouraged to take active roles in maintaining sustainable systems. They experience firsthand how individual choices contribute to collective impact. Mindfulness, a cornerstone of UWC Thailand’s philosophy, is integrated throughout the boarding experience. Regular practices help students manage stress, stay grounded, and find balance in their busy lives. Our residential staff are trained in mindfulness-based approaches to support student wellbeing. Technology is approached thoughtfully, promoting digital citizenship and intentional connection. We create screen-free spaces and times to encourage meaningful conversations and reflection. Strong Partnerships and Lifelong Impact Boarding life is a partnership with parents. We’re committed to maintaining open, regular communication and involving families in the journey, even from afar. We also maintain strong ties with the local Thai community, ensuring students engage meaningfully with our host culture and develop a strong sense of place. Ultimately, boarding at UWC Thailand prepares students not just for university, but for life. They leave with the skills, confidence, and global awareness to lead in a connected and ever-changing world. Our alumni carry the values of our boarding programme into every corner of the globe, becoming agents of change wherever their journey takes them. Through intentional leadership and continuous reflection, we aim to create a boarding experience that exemplifies holistic education, developing young people who are intellectually, emotionally, and ethically prepared to build a more peaceful and sustainable future.

Echoes of Impact The UWC Thailand Experience

Every experience at UWC Thailand is a ripple in a much larger tide—an education that not only shapes the individual but also flows outward, influencing communities, ideas, and the future. Across Primary, Middle, and Diploma, student voices reveal how values are lived and learning comes alive. These are not just stories of classroom lessons—they are transformations, reflections of purpose, and expressions of what it means to belong. Whether practising mindfulness in the mangroves or sharing traditions in the boarding house, each experience affirms our mission: to make education a force for peace and a sustainable future. As we look ahead to UWC Thailand’s next chapter, these voices remind us what truly matters. When education is grounded in compassion, challenge, and community, its impact doesn’t end at graduation—it echoes for life. “ UWC has shaped me in every way — academically, socially, physically, and most importantly, in discovering my self – identity. I ’ m deeply grateful to the incredible people who made it possible for me, and so many other teenagers, to have this opportunity. It genuinely is, has been, and always will be an honour to be part of such a powerful movement. ” ALISTAIR NG, CLASS OF ‘23 (MALAYSIA)

My UWC Thailand Journey What it means to be a Klaus Hebben Scholar

Two years ago, my life changed when I was accepted into UWC Thailand as a National Committee student. As a Klaus Hebben recipient, I stood at the airport gate, a timid girl unaware of the transformative journey that lay ahead. Looking back at this incredible journey, my time as a Klaus Hebben Scholar has been filled with remarkable firsts. I learned what the beginning of a forest fire sounds like during a student-initiated trip to Chiang Rai. I gathered the courage to learn to swim and even shared this knowledge with the children at Yaowawit School. My mind stretched in ways I never imagined, diving deep into religious pluralism and John Hick's theories until my entire belief system turned upside down – and somehow, in that beautiful chaos, I managed to win an essay competition on the subject. These experiences laid the foundation for even deeper growth when I attended the UWC Thailand Residential Summer Programme, which reshaped how I see leadership and personal growth. I realised that true leadership isn't about titles or authority but about empathy, resilience, and focusing on what's within our control. More than anything, I learned that the best leaders don't just give instructions—they lead by example, turning excellence into a daily habit. While these opportunities have been transformative, what makes the Klaus Hebben scholarship particularly special is Khun Klaus's personal involvement in our journeys. Beyond his generous financial support, he takes a genuine interest in our growth and experiences. I will forever cherish our dinners together. Among all these life-changing experiences, the most significant 'first' I was introduced to is mindfulness, a concept that once felt foreign yet intriguing to me. That one could still their mind in at will, at any time one wished to, is incredible! Over the past two years, I have had countless sessions on mindfulness that have impacted me impeccably.

One very significant session, and proof of Khun Klaus' commitment to a 'Balanced Mind' is the three-day retreat I went on with 9 other students at his Thanyamundra Organic Farm. During this retreat, we had the most delectable organic food, and did different types of yoga meditations, all while remaining completely silent and device-free. It was transformational. I truly believe that mindfulness is what has given me the mental strength and stamina to make the most of UWC Thailand. As these experiences have shaped me into who I am today, I am humbled to share that I have been accepted early to Brown University. But this isn't just my achievement; it's a testament to every person who held my hand as I ran this marathon. To everyone who provided support in any form. To Khun Klaus Hebben. The founding principles of UWC Thailand - good heart, balanced mind, and healthy body - have manifested in countless ways throughout my journey. From mastering bicycle riding to practising mindful eating with friends during tough times, and from organising donations for the Moken children in All for Village Koh Payam to challenging my own limits, each experience has taught me to be bold. To transcend the confines of what I thought I knew and relentlessly yearn for more, all while having an impact on people and the environment. I am excited to carry this forward in my future endeavours. Perhaps the most beautiful aspect of being a Klaus Hebben recipient is that it does not end here. At the risk of sounding cliche, the life experiences and relationships I've gained at UWC Thailand I will carry with me for eternity. I will forever be grateful to Khun Klaus Hebben for giving me the experience of a lifetime.

Momentum and Milestones Looking Back, Moving Forward — Together

As we close this special edition of Manta Pulse, we pause to reflect—not only on where we’ve been, but on where we’re going, and who we are becoming.

UWC Thailand is more than a school. It’s a living current of changemakers—students, parents, staff, alumni, and friends—each one shaping the tide of what’s possible. From the founding cohort who dared to dream to the newest students stepping into their purpose, every voice has propelled us forward. Every milestone has meaning. This year, we’ve seen transformation in motion: a renewed financial foundation, a leadership team that is even closer aligned with our values, and student stories that remind us why this work matters. We've honoured our roots while evolving for the future. We've listened, adapted, and grown.

But through all the change, one thing remains constant: our shared belief in education as a force for peace and a sustainable future.

So as we look ahead—to new strategies, deeper impact, and the next wave of changemakers—we do so together. With open hearts. With balanced minds. With strong, steady bodies ready to lead, serve, and shape the world.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

Here’s to the next chapter in the tide we are shaping—together.
