UWC THAILAND
Strong Governance and Strategic Priorities The Board’s role is to ensure long-term sustainability, financial strength, and operational excellence. Key priorities include responsible planning, regulatory compliance, and continuing to attract world-class educators. What are the key priorities for the School Board and the new leadership team? “Financial sustainability, strong governance, and empowering leadership to deliver outstanding education.” A Connected, Values-Driven Community As we look to the future, a strong, inclusive culture remains a priority. New initiatives like the Staff-Parent Association (SPA) are enhancing communication and engagement. How does the school celebrate its core values through change? “Our values—Good Heart, Balanced Mind, Healthy Body—are present in every part of school life, from service learning and mindfulness to well-being and student leadership.”
Looking Forward: The Next 3–5 Years In the years ahead, UWC Thailand will:
Finalise a strategic plan to guide growth and impact. Enhance student-centred learning and well-being. Deepen our ties to the UWC movement and broader international education landscape. How is the school planning for long-term sustainability and innovation? “We’re focused on growing responsibly—investing in great people, repaying our community loan early, and exploring new revenue streams that align with our mission.” What excites you most about the school’s future? “Seeing our shared vision of Good Heart, Balanced Mind, and Healthy Body come to life. The commitment of our students, staff, and parents is extraordinary—and it gives me great confidence in what lies ahead.” What message would you like to share as we begin this next chapter? “Thank you for your trust and support. Together, we’re building a school that not only reflects UWC values but brings them to life in powerful, lasting ways.”
