WARRANTY INFORMATION
Alongside our stringent testing, they offer a manufacturing guarantee on products. The details for this are below:
- The Kärcher product is covered under a guarantee by Kärcher (UK) Limited to be free of defective parts and materials for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (or as otherwise stated at point of sale) providing the product is used for normal domestic duties. - All guarantee periods commence on the date of purchase and are non-transferable. - The guarantee is limited to the provision of repairs, free of charge within the specified period provided the above conditions are met and the original proof of purchase is provided. - This guarantee applies to Home and Garden products (excluding accessories and detergents) used for domestic use only and shall not apply to any products used for commercial purposes.

1-year Warranty
1 year from the original date of sale to the first domestic user.
90 days from the original date of sale to the professional/commercial user.
90 days from the original date of sale when used for hire.
A reduced warranty period of 90 days applies to those items which are subject to normal wear and tear (e.g. but not limited to wheels, tyres, cutter bars, cylinders, cutting blades, blade boss, belts, cables, nylon line & spool, collection bags, engine spark plugs, electric plug fuses).
Engines are supplied with a separate warranty to the machine.
The engine manufacturer’s warranty statement will be supplied within the engine instruction manual.
All enquiries and warranty repairs should be discussed with the engine manufacturer or approved warranty repair dealer. 90 days from the original date of purchase for Replacement Spare Parts (unless normal wear & tear components, which are covered for 30 days).
