This Spring Break Cooking Camp is perfect for participants who already have some experience in the kitchen. Students learn kitchen safety, proper measurements, proper knife handling and a variety of cooking and baking techniques. The camp provides participants the opportunity to follow a recipe from start to finish and apply new skills learned in class while cooking.
