WINTER FUN IN DUBLIN Weather permitting, Dublin’s sledding hill is available from 7:30 a.m. to dusk at Scioto Park, 7377 Riverside Dr. When temperatures dip below freezing for several days in a row, the City opens the ice-skating rink at Coffman Park, 5200 Emerald Pkwy.
