LA MUNICIPALITÉ DE LA NATION APPELS D’OFFRES POUR This bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the wall and column repairs at the St.Isidore Recreation Centre. The scope of work includes: 1. Modifications to the sheet metal exterior cladding at the column locations to prevent further water ingress. 2. Localized repairs to the wood columns, including removal of deteriorated wood and grouting at the bearing surfaces. Also includes steel tie-downs in certain locations. 3. Localized repairs to concrete block foundation, including replacement of masonry units, solid grouting and cementation parging. A mandatory site visit has been arranged for Wednesday, May 18th, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the St-Isidore Recreation Centre. Drawings and specifications will be distributed to contractors at the site visit.
