Customer Service Person of the Year - Josh Forrester-Rodway Josh Forrester-Rodway has been nominated for Customer Service Person of the Year for his outstanding efforts working for Window Widgets. Despite only being in the early stages of his career, Josh has demonstrated exceptional growth and increasing levels of responsibility since joining in 2025 initially as a Customer Service Apprentice. His colleagues have stated that his customer service is regularly praised by the customers, and clients have said that he is a credit to the company. Young Person of the Year (18-30) - Evie Hughes Evie Hughes, a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice at Window Widgets, has been nominated for the Young Person of the Year award. Evie has been in her role for a year, developing practical marketing experience while learning from colleagues across the company.
