T LEVELS

AT PRESTON COLLEGE

T Levels have been co-created with leading employers to ensure that young people develop the right skills, knowledge, and experience to be successful in their future careers. T Levels are an alternative to A Levels and apprenticeship courses. They combine academic study in the classroom with an in-depth industry placement that lasts at least 315 hours or 45 days, enabling students to get experience in the workplace and their future industry. T Levels are equivalent to three A Levels, in terms of UCAS points, and you can progress to higher levels of study with them (see the table on page 13). They can also be used to secure employment or a higher or degree apprenticeship. Unlike A Levels, you choose one T Level to study.

Choose to study a T Level at Preston College and you will benefit from our strong employer links, our industry placement team and industry experienced tutors. Learn more about T Levels at www.preston.ac.uk/t-levels
