ESOL ENGLISH FOR SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES
Preston College is a College of Sanctuary and is proud to offer a full-time course to people who require specialist English Language development. The course focuses on the development of language skills that are required to progress onto higher level courses or a chosen career. You will get lots of support to help you both in the College and in your community, to build your confidence and help integration. Our renowned programmes offer recognised national English qualifications and tasters in different subjects to help with making the right career choice. To register for this course you will need an assessment with a specialist teacher.
This is a FREE* course with enrolment throughout the year
We also offer this course to 15-year olds (Year 10/11s) who are new to the country and require specialised English Language development. To apply please contact the
Lancashire Education Authority or ring the team on 01772 225522 . We will assess needs on a case-by-case basis.

PROGRESSION Art & Design Level 2 at Preston College
Ghazal hopes to be an artist in the future and has started that journey at Preston College. She has gained qualifications in maths and English and is progressing to the Level 2 in Art and Design at Preston College. "I have really enjoyed my time at Preston College. I have had so much fun and have learnt new things. The College is really supportive, my tutors have helped me a lot with travel and finding a part-time job."
