DESTINATION Employment as Groundcrew Specialist for the British Army
Keira joined Preston College from Archbishop Temple High School as a scholarship learner with a desire to join either the British Army or the Royal Air Force. Starting college, Keira was unsure about her future destination, but Preston College has helped her decide. "During my course I completed work placements with the College, volunteering and helping around the College. We had visits from a lot of guest speakers including the Army, Marines, RAF and the Navy, these visits and the help and support from my tutors helped me to decide which armed forces I would join. I’m leaving college ready to start working for the British Army."
