TEASEL, COMMON AND CUTLEAF Dipsacus fullonum and Dipsacus laciniatus Life Cycle: Biennial Plant Description:
An erect biennial with small prickles on the stem and distinctive spiny flower heads. Can reach 6½ feet in height with basal rosette leaves. Flowers are white- to lilac-colored and are egg-shaped. herbicide per acre. Application should be made in the spring and early summer to rosette or bolting plants. Use higher labeled rate after bolting through early flower.
