Life Cycle: Flowering shrub Plant Description:
Flowering shrub in the Buckthorn family. It can reach up to 10 feet tall. Evergreen leaves are stiff, tough and fleshy and slightly toothed along the edges. Flowers are white, sometimes tinted strongly with blue or lavender. Seed is viable for some time in the soil as fire is required for germination.
Treatment: 16 fluid ounces per acre of HighNoon ® herbicide + 16-32 fluid ounces 2,4-D (4 lb ae/gallon) per acre.
