SEMEN RIGHTS Top Gun would like to retain 1/2 semen interest on Lot 2, Lot 6, and Lot 19. We pay for collection costs associated with the collection of these bulls if we choose to collect them. INSURANCE We are not responsible for accidents involving purchased animals that stay at the ranch: therefore, we encourage you to insure your purchases. VOLUME DISCOUNT
If you purchase 4 or more bulls, you will receive a 3% discount. GUARANTEE
All bulls selling for $5,000 or higher will be guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 60 day period following the first turn out of bulls. If a replacement is available, one will be provided. Otherwise, you will be given credit to use in the following year’s sale, less the salvage value of the injured bull. The bull must be inspected by a vet or Top Gun Cattle in order for credit to be given or a bull to be replaced. DELIVERY If you need assistance delivering your bull, we are glad to help out. Please call Top Gun Cattle and we can make arrangements. Bulls over $10,000 will receive free delivery and bulls below that amount will receive free delivery up to 250 miles, beyond that, delivery is at cost. PURCHASERS RIGHTS & DISCOUNTS If bulls are picked up by Monday March 30th, you will receive a $100 discount. CALVING EASE Calving ease is a primary focus of our breeding program. With nearly 1/2 of our bulls in the sale qualifiying as heifer bulls according to the AAA, we wanted to provide our rating system, based on actual data, pedigree, EPDs, and experience. H H H H A no miss, sleep through the night and tag calves in the morning kind of bull. H H H Superior calving ease, should be an excellent choice for heifers. H H A bull that qualifies as a heifer bull by industry standards. H We recommend these bulls for use on cows.
