President ~ Victoria Frey
Victoria is a Division Order Supervisor at Vital Energy in Tulsa, OK. She earned her degrees in Energy Management and International Business from the University of Oklahoma in May 2013. Victoria began her career in Land Administration with BHP Billiton in Houston, TX, where she gained a
broad and in-depth understanding of the oil and gas industry. She later held senior roles at Fortis Minerals and Black Stone Minerals, where she played a key role in managing complex projects and driving operational improvements. With a passion for the ever-revolving Division Order field, Victoria is committed to continuous learning and expanding her expertise in the industry. She served as 2nd Vice President for SADOA in 2024 and is excited to serve as President in 2025. She held multiple leadership positions within HADOA, including Board Advisor in 2020, President in 2019, 1st Vice President in 2018, and Director of Advertising in 2017. After relocating back to her hometown from Houston, Victoria has enjoyed being closer to family and, perhaps most of all, escaping Houston’s infamous traffic. In her free time, she loves traveling with family and friends, equestrian show jumping, and exploring new hiking trails with her labradoodle, Vincent. First Vice President ~ Monica Puckett Monica has a Business Management degree from Oklahoma State University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Tulsa. She is currently a Division Order Supervisor at Emmaus Energy LLC. She has been at Emmaus Energy for 3 years now. Previously she worked at Whirlpool as a project & process Engineer, then at Ford Glass Plant as a Glass Packaging Engineer. Next job was at American Airlines as a Senior Compliance Engineer where she retired in 2019. She has been a member of SADOA and NADOA for two years now. Monica has been married to Jeff Puckett for 28 years. They have 2 daughters, Cady and Darby. Cady is married and living the Airforce life in Guam, while Darby graduated from the University of Oklahoma in May and now works at the Oklahoma Heart Institute. In their spare time, Monica and Jeff enjoy sporting events and spending time with their extended family and friends, and they love traveling. Second Vice President ~ Patrick Mazza Patrick has been in the energy industry for almost 15 years. Currently, he works as a Senior Division Order Analyst with Vital Energy. Patrick is a graduate from the University of Tulsa and
