Our proprietary “AcoustiGlue” permeates the wood and hardens to the same consistency as the wood.
The scarf joints are carefully staggered upon insertion of the specially designed mold.

The shell is then trimmed and the ends squared to assure overall tuning consistency and head seal.
Our exclusive bearing edge incorporates a 45° out and 45° in, slightly inset from the exterior to optimize contact with the flat portion of the drum head.
Pearl’s finishes are state-of-the-art. Your choice of finish is encased in layers of highly durable urethane and polished to a high luster. Truly a work of art.
