Information on the REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006), SVHC Candidate List dated 04/02/2026
Dear Sir or Madam,
The European chemicals legislation REACH came into force on 1 June 2007 as a directive governing the registration, evaluation, authorisation, and restriction of chemicals. This legislation aims to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment and therefore aligns with the corporate responsibilities of SMW-Autoblok Spannsysteme GmbH. In accordance with Article 33 of the REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006), we confirm that our products do not contain any substances of very high concern according to the current SVHC Candidate List, or that the maximum permitted weight percentage of 0.1% is complied with. In order to secure the supply chain and in the interest of the highest product safety, we require and ensure the implementation of REACH requirements also on the part of our suppliers. Confirmation of REACH compliance is part of our supplier qualification process.
