During the first 6 months of this year, both Avalon and Stone Harbor real estate home values have seen impressive year over year gains. Average prices rose nearly 30% in Avalon while Stone Harbor’s average skyrocketed 42%! With buyer demand remaining high and fewer sellers entering the marketplace (-15% in Avalon and -27% in Stone Harbor) it is no surprise that real estate values are at all-time highs.
