TOWNHALLS Regular Townhalls were a cornerstone of our efforts to enhance communication and strengthen our sense of unity. These sessions provided an open forum for the leadership team to share updates on company progress, celebrate milestones, and align teams with JEB’s vision and goals. Employees were encouraged to participate actively, ask questions, and provide feedback, ensuring a two-way dialogue that reinforced trust and collaboration across the organisation.
VIVA ENGAGE In 2024, we maximised the potential of Viva Engage as our go-to internal communication platform, fostering greater connection and collaboration across teams. Yammer became a hub for sharing updates, celebrating achievements, and encouraging knowledge exchange. Employees leveraged this space to engage in discussions, share innovative ideas, and stay informed about company news and initiatives, helping build a more connected and transparent workplace.
JEB SOCIAL CLUB The JEB Social Club continued to create opportunities for meaningful connections among colleagues, bringing teams together through a variety of social, wellness, and community-driven activities. From team- building events and cultural celebrations to charity drives and volunteer initiatives, the Social Club played a pivotal role in building camaraderie and promoting a positive workplace culture. These events aligned with our commitment to being people-focused, ensuring that everyone feels valued and part of the JEB family.
