The successful candidate will review the current outline strategy and make recommendations for improvements in order to ensure the best performance of the portfolio with the strategic and operational aims of the Force in mind. Delivery of the strategy will be the responsibility of the Head of Estates through a dedicated team of in-house property experts as well as external consultants.
