Main purpose of the role
Direct the strategic management of the PCCs and Forces estate and property business plan on behalf of the Chief Constable, reviewing procedures and implementing changes, improving the profile of property management in relation to Force decision making and developing the long term property strategy, in order to balance the effective and efficient utilisation of the Forces property assetswith operational requirements.
