Kappa Epsilon-Georgia Kappa Epsilon Raises over $11,000 with Mac ‘N Phis Kappa Epsilon-Georgia recently hosted its annual Mac ‘N Phis event and hit a major milestone by raising over $11,000 for the Alpha Phi Foundation and its philanthropic efforts. Approximately 800 members of the Greek and University of Georgia community attended this annual event at the Kappa Epsilon house, purchasing tickets to enjoy the chapter’s custom mac ‘n cheese bar compete with a wide array of toppings, mix-ins, condiments and more. “We're so proud of the hard work and dedication our philanthropy team put in to make [this event] happen,” said Reagan Helms, Kappa Epsilon’s chapter president. “While last year’s event set a high bar, we are equally proud of the success we achieved this year. Each year brings new opportunities to grow and make a bigger impact, and we are grateful for the continued support from our chapter, friends and community. We look forward to building on this momentum and making an even greater difference in the future!” Reagan credits her chapter’s social media efforts in promoting this event to its success. “Our team worked hard to promote the event across various platforms, and the response was incredible,” Reagan shared. “We also had two of our talented members perform a guitar and singing set during the event, which was a huge hit! Their performance drew in so many friends and supporters, creating an unforgettable moment for everyone.” Events like this hosted by collegiate chapters are vital in raising funds for the Alpha Phi Foundation and advancing women’s lives through the power and impact of philanthropy. “It feels incredibly rewarding to see the impact this event has had on the Foundation,” Reagan said. “Our philanthropy team put in so much hard work because we were determined to make a meaningful difference — not only in our community, but also for the Foundation itself. This chapter holds such a special place in our hearts, and we are truly grateful to be part of something that’s bigger than ourselves.”
