How We Build It PHASED EXECUTION The intelligence layer is built in phases, not all at once.
We begin where intelligence will most immediately move the business — typically one or two high-impact domains — and within four to six months deliver a production-grade capability that moves the needle: real, deployed, and engineered to evolve. Depending on the scope of the phase, this first delivery may be the full Version 1.0 of the phase or a meaningful, working component of it. In either case, it is in use and improving outcomes in the business. Every phase is architected as a component of the larger layer, designed to expand rather than restart. The first delivery is rarely the last. It is the first real proof that intelligence in a specific domain changes how the business performs — and the foundation that subsequent iterations build on.
THE LIFECYCLE OF EACH PHASE: Strategy — analysis and discovery. Mapping how decisions are made, where intelligence would materially improve outcomes, and which domain will move the business most. Paid, concrete, and never throwaway. Design — architecting a system aligned with how the business actually operates. Every design decision is made with the full intelligence layer in mind, even when the first phase is narrow. Deployment — building, integrating, and embedding the system into real workflows, then continuously improving it.
