Jeff and his team are absolutely the best. They made the process of selling my condo in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia extremely easy. I highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell or buy real estate in the Philly area. His team did a fantastic job getting my unit move in ready, took professional photographs and did an excellent job with staging, marketing and showing the unit. All we had to do was move out of the condo and he took care of the rest! We ended up getting multiple offers for our condo within 30 days and Jeff helped negotiate a very good contract.
Succinctly put, we cannot possibly recommend Jeff and the City Block Team highly enough. They were phenomenal to work with. From initial pricing review, to pre-sale renovations, to staging, listing, showings, offers, inspection, and closing, Jeff’s team made a normally stressful and anxiety-ridden experience seem seamless and easy. Selling our house in the midst of the COVID Pandemic was stressful enough, but our neighborhood was also experiencing a historically low inventory, so the recommended pricing we received from prospective agents was wildly different. However, Jeff’s recommendation came with volumes of data to justify his number, and it turned out to be perfectly placed, as we had multiple competitive offers and sold our house for considerably more than asking price. Jeff also made himself available to us 24/7, and dealt with all of our questions during the entire process; by the time we closed, we felt like Jeff was a close personal friend! If you are looking to sell your house, the City Block Team is ABSOLUTELY the right choice!
