We knew of Jeff through his marketing so when we began to consider moving from Fairmount, I contacted him. He met with us, answered every question, listened carefully, toured our home, and advised us there was no rush: “Whenever you’re ready, I’m ready.” That could be the short summary of working with Jeff as our realtor. No matter when or what, he was ready: accessible, willing to talk through any concerns, provide context and offer guidance - always with infectious enthusiasm. 2020’s a year of unexpecteds. Jeff helped two unplanned, real estate dream deals fall into our laps. With his expertise, we outbid all competition and purchased a third home in a highly desired neighborhood. Next, he gave us advice about managing our investment property more efficiently. We used that advice to figure out whether to rent or sell our multi-unit, investment property in a fast-rising zip code. We sold it and earned an eye-popping profit.
