What is a DP in a Film Production? DP stands for the director of photography. This role is assigned to help bring the director’s vision to the screen. Today, we interviewed Mr. Brian Romo the DP for our feature film “Full Court Pressure”. And he explained to us the things he does to prepare for a roles like this and answered many other questions. What is an AC in a Film Production? AC stands Assistant Camera. This role is designed to aid the DP in capturing the mode, lighting and angle to help bring the director’s vision to life.
