An Increase of broadband in 2014 would have:

Increasing broadband accessibility will benefit everyone and boost the economy. From an economic perspective, a ten percent increase in broadband penetration in 2014 would have resulted in 875,000 additional jobs and $186 billion in economic output nationally by 2019, according to an analysis conducted by Deloitte. At a state level, connecting currently disconnected Michigan households to broadband would produce between $1.8 billion and $2.7 billion in additional annual economic activity.
