9. Don't rush:

While you focus on breathing, observe the physical sensations you experience in your body. You can feel the breeze on your skin, the tension in your muscles, or the beating of your heart. Just observe these sensations and let them pass without judging or clinging to them.

Don't rush to end the meditation. Allow yourself a few more minutes to enjoy the feeling of relaxation and calmness.

To get the best results, it's important to meditate regularly. Try to do it at least once a day, preferably at the same time every day. If you find it difficult to find time, you can try to do it during a short break at work or just before going to bed at night.

If you get distracted or lost in your thoughts, simply refocus on your breathing. Don't judge yourself for getting distracted, just return to the present moment.

Start by finding a quiet place and adopting a comfortable posture. Let me know how it goes!
