true to his character and how he lived his life on earth. Nathan David Young was born on April 28, 1957 in Dayton, OH to Lee Morgan Young and Lola Marie (Wood) Young. He graduated from the University of Toledo graduating with his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management and sales in 1979. While in college, Young joined the fraternity as a 1976 initiate of the University of Toledo Chapter, the Beta Xi of Kappa Alpha Psi ® . Young worked in retail and insurance sales and restaurant management before becoming self-employed. He was a man of many talents and wore various hats in the community. He enjoyed working and supporting many organizations in the church and the city. He was a Christian man and as a 20+ year member of Me- morial Baptist Church, he served on the deacon board and was a faithful Sunday school teacher. Young was a former member of the Chamber of Commerce in Evansville, IN and former board member for United Way. He served as polemarch of the Evansville (IN) Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, also was a member of Atlanta (GA) Alumni Chapter and enjoyed attend- ing fraternity events across the country. Often, he was an inspirational speaker at various events in the city. As an avid golf enthusiast, if he wasn’t playing with friends or in tournaments, he was watching Tiger Woods play golf on TV. His interests also included coaching, officiating, and attending sports games. He remained a loyal Cleveland Browns fan even during their rough years. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gregory Young. He is sur- vived by his children, Adrienne, Allison (Brandon), and Lee; a host of cousins and relatives; and many friends and fraternity brothers who he referred to as family.

During most of his medical practice, Rickey was the owner and Primary Care Physician at the Fremont Medical Clinic in Maumee and Fremont, OH. Wright was an associate with Partners 4 Health, LTD (P4H), a partnership of four leading human service agencies in Wayne and Oakland counties Michigan dedicated to implementing a promising, integrated healthcare model for patients with complex health issues. During his life, Wright found time to help others through volunteer service. In 1999, he participated in medical mis- sion outreach in Honduras after mud- slides from a hurricane impacted several cities. He also was a volunteer with the ReBoot Alumni Association 6770, a group of veterans dedicated to helping other veterans through the dissemina- tion of information. In 2016, Southwest Solutions honored Dr. Wright with its Rising Phoenix Award for his commit- ment to overcome adversity. Dr. Rickey Wright is survived by his son, Demetric “Dee” (Shayla) Flemings; five grandchildren, Shaydon, Kingston, Bella, Kadence, and Royal Flemings; non- maternal sister Betty Wright Johnson (Claron) and brothers David Wright (Kelli), Albert C. Wright (Ylonda), and Travis E. Wright; a host of relatives, friends, and colleagues. Nathan D. Young 1957–2019 Sales Professional, Motivational Speaker Nathan Young entered the

In 2013, he and his wife were honored as educators with the engraving of their names on the Cato Teaching Discovery Mural at UNC Charlotte. A Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, he served as advisor for Kappa League. Brother Worsley is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jean Barnes Worsley, a host of nephews and nieces, extended family, and friends. Rickey Wright, M.D. 1958–2019 Physician, U.S. Air Force
Rickey Wright (Alpha Theta
1980) entered the Chapter Invisible on September 9, 2019 at the age of 60. He was born on December 8, 1958, in Fayette,
AL. Wright’s mother, Maxine Wright Evans and his stepfather passed when Rickey was a young boy and he was raised by his grandmother Lealer Shaw Wright Bailey. Rickey attended elemen- tary school in Mount Clements, MI and graduated from Fayette County High School, Fayette AL in 1977. After high school, he attended historic Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN where he earned a B.S. in Biology/ Pre-Medi- cine. In addition to joining Kappa Alpha Psi while at TSU, he also was a member of the Air Force Reserve Officers' Train- ing Corps (ROTC). He earned a M.D. degree from Me- harry Medical College in Nashville, TN in 1986. He was the first African- American born in Fayette County AL to become a medical doctor. Following Meharry, Wright completed a General Surgery Residency at Western Reserve Care System in Youngtown, OH. Later, as an Air Force Physician-Major, he served as a primary care physician for seven years, serving at Dyess Air Force Base, Abilene, TX, Kadena Air Force

with the Lord at the time of his passing. His last words were not of defeat but of his charming wit, humor, and faith in God’s plan for his life. The strength he exemplified in those last moments was
