COMMENTARY: THE UNDERGRADUATE GRAND CHAPTER OFFICERS

Kappa's committees, commissions, chapters, brothers all, as well as people of goodwill have been responding with arming our under- graduates with tools, scholarships and employment assistance. Even in the midst of the worldwide pandemic, cries for liberty and justice ring out from Constitution Hall to city halls across this country. It is imperative that it be followed up at the ballot box.

The in- justice, inequality, and prejudice we face as Afri- can Americans in this society is truly dis- heartening. As I see these videos continue to pile up on social media feeds and news

outlets, I can- not help but to feel hopeless. We have been deal- ing with these same issues for years despite the efforts of many brave men and women who sacrificed everything for a better future. Until corrupt police officers and white supremacists are held accountable for their actions by our extremely flawed Criminal Justice System, there cannot and will not be Liberty and Justice for All in America.
