For over 20 years Tom Faulkner has been designing and making exquisite bespoke furniture and accessories. Almost every piece is handmade in Tom’s workshop in Wiltshire in the South West of England. Tom’s signature style incorporates clean lines, simplicity and beautiful materials. Tom’s design for Savoir celebrates bespoke British craft, combining form and shape with timeless technique to deliver a dreamy approach to handcrafted sleep. The abstract cloud-like shape has developed from a selection of Tom’s furniture designs which incorporate a similar organic outline. A trip to Vietnam influenced the unusual curved silhouette. The headboard elegantly extends over the base, inspired by a spirit wall which is thought to protect one’s home.
