Designed by Gensler to provide an end-to-end hospitality-driven patient experience, the facili- ty features a distinctive glass curtain wall façade, double height entry and daylight- enriched spaces. The at- tached parking structure will offer both convenience and ample space for occupants and visitors. When complete, the Am- bulatory Care Center will join 1.45 million s/f of fully occupied office and R&D/ lab space at ON3, with more than 2 million s/f of addi- tional space planned for the 116-acre site. Occupants also include Eisai Inc., Quest Di- agnostics, The Ralph Lauren Corporation, Seton Hall Uni - versity’s Graduate College of Nursing and School of Health and Medical Sciences, Mod - ern Meadow, and Y-mAbs Therapeutics. Larken Associates closes 2023 with nearly one million square feet of total commercial leasing

BRANCHBURG, NJ — Larken Associates an- nounces a successful year across its nearly four million s/f commercial portfolio. Led by executive vice presi- dents Rob Marek and Victor Kelly of Raider Realty , the in-house brokerage of Larken Associates, the firm completed a total of 420 transactions spanning 942,815 s/f of space. Of the transactions, 122 were new leases covering 287,100 s/f and 298 were renewals comprising 655,715 s/f. At year-end, Larken Associates achieved a portfolio-wide oc- cupancy rate of 92% and a retention rate of 89.72%.
