he Anne Vogel Fam- ily Care and Wellness Center, developed by Rendina Healthcare Real Es- tate for RWJBarnabas Health, represents a significant ad- vancement in healthcare facil- ities, blending state-of-the-art medical services with com- munity wellness resources. Located at the heart of the revitalized Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, NJ, the cen- ter inaugurated a new era of healthcare delivery when it opened its doors in late 2022. Rendina's involvement ex- tends beyond the development of this premier healthcare facility; they are spearhead- ing the development of the second phase a two-story, 33,000 s/f medical office out- patient facility with climate- controlled connectivity to the Anne Vogel Family Care and Wellness Center. This expan- sion is designed to meet the demand for class-A medical office space and will further enhance the healthcare eco- system in Eatontown, offering additional space for physicians and healthcare providers to expand the range of services available to the community. The timing of this expan- sion will coincide with the comprehensive redevelopment of the Monmouth Mall, known as Monmouth Square, which is aimed at creating a "live, work, and play" environment that positions the Anne Vogel Family Care and Wellness Center and the future medi- cal outpatient development as central to the envisioned new town center.
