NAI CIR brings global logistics company to the East Coast Central PA firm, NAI CIR, announces Khuri as new partner

C ENTRAL, PA — NAI CIR , the 54-year-old Central Pennsylvania commercial real estate firm, announced the addition of Casey Khuri as the com- pany’s newest partner. Khuri has been with the firm for over eight years. Most recently as vice president, she oversaw the firm’s expansion with a new office location in Carlisle, PA, and the recruitment of four new associates in 2023. She joins Robin Zellers, SIOR, FRICS, CRE , and Nik Sgagias as partners in lead- ing the firm. “Nik and I are so pleased to welcome Casey as a partner. She has been the driving force in coordinating our well-considered expansion and leading the entrepreneur- ial culture of NAI CIR”’ said Zellers. Among her many com- munity engagements, Khuri is a Board Member of HRG, Past- Chair of the Capital Region Economic Development Corp. (CREDC), and past-president of Harrisburg Young Profes- sionals (HYP). NAI CIR has arranged the sale/lease of the following transactions: The 32,069 s/f warehouse space located at 270 Old Silver Spring Rd. in Mechanicsburg has been leased to Lansil Global. Lansil Global, doing business as LG Express, Inc., is a 3PL fulfillment center specializing in the handling of various e-commerce mer- chandise, including clothing, cosmetics, jewelry, electronics, and more. Prior to this location, Lansil Global only had one location in the United States, which is located in Henderson, NV. This new location marks the company’s expansion to the East Coast region. Jack Shepley and Aaron Albright , of NAI CIR, represented the tenant in this transaction. The 34,000 s/f office build- ing located at 4200 Crums Mill Rd. in Harrisburg has been sold to a regional owner/ operator who plans to move an adult daycare into the first floor of the multi-tenant building. Located near the I-81 and I-83 Interchange, the class A, two-story office was extensively renovated in 2017 and 2019. Ryan Mur- ray and Joe Bedard , of NAI CIR, represented the seller in this transaction. The multi-tenant investment property located at 215 Pine Street in the City of Harrisburg has been sold.
